Care Instructions
Keep your silver as shiny and bright as the day it was purchased
Sterling Silver
In time sterling silver will tarnish when exposed to air. Sterling is a mixture of metals. It contains at least 92.5% silver. It is the remaining metals, usually, copper that then oxidises with the air resulting in a tarnish on the surface layer.

Sterling silver will tarnish quicker with other influences such as areas of high humidity, hand sanitizers, make-up, hairspray, perfumes, body lotions, cleaning products etc.
Additionally silver has been known to react with the oils and acids on the skin causing your jewellery to become tarnished and leaving a green mark against the skin.

To care for your sterling silver, polish it regularly with a soft polish cloth, ideally use a cloth specifically impregnated with silver polish. Try to avoid chemicals and lotions. Remove jewellery when bathing and swimming.
Store your pieces in a cool, dry place.
